Quality assurance
Departmental quality-assurance representation (2020–2024), institutional evidence digitization, and feedback-evaluation instrument development through an ongoing co-chair role.
Responsible AI in higher education
Capacity building for teaching, assessment, research, supervision and administrative workflows, with attention to accountability and academic integrity.
Inclusive science education
Faculty-level work on disability inclusion, laboratory accessibility, suitable course pathways, and equitable participation.

Higher education should remain intellectually rigorous while also becoming more accessible, transparent, inclusive and responsive to the communities it serves.
